Yiannis Charonitis

Yiannis CharonitisYiannis, born and raised in Malia, practically grew up in his mother's kitchen. He has enjoyed working in the family tavern since 1984 and spent 4 years working in London's trendy restaurant 'Chateaubriand Tower'.

Yiannis is the soul of Eva Taverna: he sees to it that everything rolls smoothly. 

Yiannis buys all-fresh ingredients from the market on a daily basis: "I want to please our customers and give them a taste of what honest home-cooked Greek food should taste like. Pure and full of flavour, as it all evolves around honesty."
